Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids which help lower undesirable fats in your blood. It is also high in iron, folate, calcium and magnesium.  Sprouted chia seeds promote bowel regularity with its moist and sticky fiber, which also helps stabilize blood sugar levels.

Add chia seeds to your smoothies, yogurt or oatmeal to add lots of nutrients and a bit of crunch.

Chia seeds are also great for skin care, helping to prevent drying and itchiness, boost moisture and nourish the skin with omega-3 fatty acids.

Yes, they are great nutritionally and have no taste. I eat them daily in my oatmeal or grits for breakfast and in my salads. I’ve been eating them now for about 4 years . Thanks for suggesting such a great nutritional product Tracie. Keep up the good work !
