Simple Faith

Every day you are presented with many opportunities. Some big. Some small. Some mundane. Some life-changing. No matter the type of opportunity, you have the ability to choose your path and how you will carry out every day of your life. So let’s discuss a couple of important, everyday opportunities:

Opportunity #1 – Your attitude for the day

Do you wake up dreading the day ahead of you, dragging along, hoping the day will end before it has begun? Or do you recognize your rising as a golden, one-of-a-kind opportunity to live fully and receive the day with gratitude?

Opportunity #2 – Faith for your journey

You have the ability to carry out your day in faith, depending upon God, instead of yourself, and allowing Him to navigate the day with you.

Together, your attitude and faith can propel you into an amazing day. When you choose to embrace your day as an opportunity, you expect great things to happen, you experience joy and you recognize that your being alive is another chance to be a better version of yourself than the days and weeks before.

When you add faith to this attitude, it’s a recipe for success. Your faith becomes fertile ground in your life, enabling God to grow and develop you and to plant new seeds in your life.

God wants you to know who you are, what He believes about you, what He has promised you and to be willing to take faith-filled steps toward fulfilling His plans for your life.

The opportunity that you have each day is to grow closer to God as you choose to have a positive attitude and to activate your measure of faith.

Don’t go at life alone. Say yes to God. By doing so, you’re letting Him know that even when you don’t fully understand the details and when you really don’t know where your path is headed, you are using simple faith to press on toward the vision He has for your life. God will honor your attitude and your faith, so choose them wisely every day.

“Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.” Hebrews 11:1 NLT
