The food you eat has a significant impact on your well-being. The more nutrients you’re able to consume, the better your body will be able to heal, restore and maintain your well-being.

Because your immune system is your first line of defense against germs and illness, it’s important to support it in as many ways as possible.

I recommend adding these 7 foods for immune system support to enhance your system and prevent unnecessary disease and opportunistic infection.

Clementines might be small, but they are a Vitamin C powerhouse, full of beta carotene and anti-inflammatory properties.

Blueberries are immune boosting superfoods that are full of antioxidants called flavonoids, that can help reduce cell damage and support your immune system

Garlic helps to boost your immune system by increasing the rate of production of your natural killer cells, the cells that kill off germ and bacteria invaders

Ginger contains an abundance of vitamins, is a strong antioxidant, helping to combat viruses and naturally boost the immune system

Kale is packed with vitamin C and is great at fighting off infection. It also contains folate, which is another immunity booster.

Turmeric contains curcumin, offering strong antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and anti-bacterial properties to provide amazing immune system support

Spinach is great for immune system support as it’s packed with numerous antioxidants, beta carotene, folate and vitamin C

Now that you’re equipped with this information, it’s time to visit the market and grab these immunity boosters!
