Tracie is a Holistic Nurse Educator & Integrative Health expert.  

She created This Holistic Life to provide women with practical wellness education, the knowledge they need to take control of their health and make informed decisions about their personal well-being and that of their families. 

Bridging her spiritual practice and scientific education with women’s wellness and holistic well-being, she is passionate about helping women step into their power, optimize their well-being and achieve their wellness goals.

How do I get started?

As soon as you join, you gain immediate access to the membership site.  At the beginning of each month, you’ll receive an email that includes your monthly lesson and the date and time of our virtual Office Hours.  And your new content will automatically appear within the membership site.

How do I ask you anything anonymously?

The ask me anything digital form is available in the membership site. I’ll either answer your question in a blog post or audio or video recording.

What if I’m unable to get through the content for the month?

Holistic Habits is designed to offer you a variety of bite-sized content, so that you’re not overwhelmed and can easily develop and incorporate new habits into your life. The content is self-directed and you can’t fall behind. Some topics may take more time and attention based on your needs, and you’re encouraged to dive as deep as you can to heal and optimize your health.

How long is this program?

As long as you want it to be. When you sign up, your card is charged $47 and then monthly on that date until you cancel. There are no long-term contracts to sign, you are free to leave whenever you want.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of many of the resources, no refunds will be given. However, you are free to cancel future payments at any time without penalty.

Will I still have access to my content if I don’t renew my membership?

You will have access to each month’s content as long as you are a paid member. You have the ability to download the worksheets, etc. before ending your membership and can return anytime. You will only have access to the membership site when your account is up-to-date.
