Holy Basil, also known as tulsi, is an aromatic, flowering, perennial plant in the mint family. Holy Basil leaves are rich in vitamins A, C and K, and minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc.

Holy Basil can help ease joint pain, lower cholesterol, protect against infection, lower blood sugar, boost the metabolism and support immune function.

Holy Basil can help fight infections, reduce fever and reduces aches and pains in the body.

Holy Basil is an antioxidant, antimicrobial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory herb. It’s considered a potent adaptogen, helping with the adaptation to stress and the promotion of homeostasis, a state of relative equilibrium between the internal, physical and chemical conditions of the body.

As holy basil protects the body from toxin-induced damage, it helps prevent cancers and has the ability to help rid the body of precancerous and cancerous cells. It also enables the body to more effectively eliminate them by enhancing the activity of enzymes necessary for liver detoxification.

Holy Basil can be consumed as a tea, powder and as a supplement capsule.
