In the Stillness I’ve been still. I’ve been silently resisting any urge to write in an effort to completely, thoroughly and whole-heartedly hear God. To undeniably know that I am following His will and have clear understanding of the path I should take. Just like God, He’s swept the dust away and allowed each smooth stone to be revealed ahead of me.

In the Stillness you recognize the stones for your particular path were there, right there in front of you, the entire time. While you were confused, crying, disengaged, frustrated, disappointed, whatever…your path {the God designed, knew you before you entered your mother’s womb, before the foundation of the world God designed path} was there the entire time.

There are times when we kick up so much dust that we simply can’t see the stones. There are other times when we wander back and forth and all around, never realizing the stones are directly under our feet, just waiting for us to awaken to them and follow the designated path.

There are other times that require the hand of God to remove the rug, dust, and fog from our stones so that we have the clarity of heart and mind to journey with Him on the delicately, but securely placed stones that lie ahead of us.

No matter what it takes, wait for God in the stillness until your stones are revealed. They are there because you have purpose. God doesn’t create meaningless object. You have significance and work to do in the Earth. In the stillness you will receive everything you need for your journey. Just trust God and commit yourself to your relationship with Him. Sometimes, He simply desires you. He just wants to share precious time and space with you before you hurry off on the stone finished path. It’s never too late or early to dedicate your life and purpose to God. Enjoy the fruit of relationship with Him and the path He meticulously laid out just for you.

I am oh so thankful for my path and the vision God has given me. I have so much work to do and I a truly enjoying the journey.
