Do you have a hard time letting go, dreading change instead of viewing it as inevitable?

Does this time of year leave you feeling a little frantic?

And although I love a good deal, I want to be intentional about how I'm spending my attention and energy. So I've decided to quiet the noise by amplifying my self-care and I want you to join me.

For 5 days, I'll send you an email with the instructions for the self-care practice. Follow the instructions in the email and you'll definitely cultivate your self-care no matter what's going on around you.

Thinking of all the reasons and things I have to be thankful for as a prepare our home for the holidays.

I’ve taken a moment to pause to reflect and write things down because it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the things you’re trying to accomplish, or the pile of laundry that still needs to be put away.

Having ongoing reminders of who you are and how far you’ve come can give you hope to continue the journey. And this year has been far too amazing not to have a grateful heart.
