Integrative practices are a wide range of treatments and therapies that often complement conventional medicine and care. Tracie uses integrative practices in her daily life to remove barriers to the healing process and create a space within and around her that allow her to be an instrument of healing. She specializes in aromatherapy, journaling, music therapy and sound healing, ecotherapy, and creating healing environments, and teaches on a variety of other integrative practices to support your innate healing.

Be willing to try, and use, as many integrative practices as necessary to cultivate your own health and well-being. And recognize that every season of your life will require a different level of care.
