- All of my email responses are as thorough as possible, providing you with great detail and the resources to propel you and your business forward. This process can easily take 30 minutes to an hour or more to provide you with a clear, actionable answer.
- If I need additional information from you in order to provide you with the absolute best response, I’ll ask for it and only after I’ve received your response will I send you my official, paid for email response.
- I offer practical advice that you can apply immediately.
- I respond within 48 hours. (unless, of course, there’s a family emergency and I’d be sure to let you know about that.)
- I may include attachments, audio or video in your email response and/or links to additional resources.
