Exhale

Do you always feel tense, worried, or as if everything will come crashing down if you stop moving?

If you answered yes, you’re not alone.

I’ve talked to endless women who experience relaxation guilt - a sense of guilt that overrules them when they choose to relax instead of remaining busy until all of the work is done.

The challenge with this is that work never completely stop, there’s always something to do, or accomplish, or someone who needs our attention.

And what I’ve found is that when you are unable to pause in order to relax for the sake of your own well-being, your health and sanity begins to suffer.

So, if you’re struggling to relax, I want to invite you to my latest workshop. Together, we will put stress aside, breathe deeply, and relax on purpose.

My goal is to help you feel supported, encouraged, and free to relax any time you need to. We’ll relax, journal, and explore some practical ways that you can relax in your everyday life without completely disrupting your routine.

This 1 hour workshop is Monday, March 9 at 10am.

This is a virtual workshop so even if you’re unable to attend live, you’re welcome to participate. I’ll send you a recording of the session and the tools you need to start stressing less, and feel a sense of relief whenever you need to.

I look forward to relaxing with you!
