It’s a call to action, to take charge of your thoughts and attitude, to keep your awareness on the truth and the One who sustains you and to set an atmosphere that enables you to have peace of mind and be fully present with your children.

We’ve been led to believe that we must give tirelessly to others – sacrifice, serve and show up whenever someone calls. The problem is when we bring this line of thinking into our mothering, we wear out quickly and struggle to recover.

The truth is, we must first be nurtured. We must spend time basking in the presence of God, being loved on, filled up and cared for, so we can then give freely and abundantly to our children.

The Meditated Mom offers practical tools and guidance to help you keep your awareness on the Creator, fill your cup first and create a relationship with your children that you can be proud of.
