Replace

Replace | Tracie Braylock

How often do you stop to think about what you’re thinking about? As you subconsciously think and process everyday life, are you listening to your biggest critic or your biggest supporter?

Negative self talk must be eliminated. Change the channel and kick every self-defeating word and thought out just as quickly as they come in. Then replace them with positive, life-giving words and affirmations.

Don’t waste time talking yourself silly, being your biggest obstacle and defeating yourself out of your destiny. You have the power to take control of what’s going on in your mind.

When you feed your mind with inspiration, you shut out negativity and gain space for truth. This practice in mindfulness helps you remain confident, achieve goals quickly and move you in the right direction.

Don’t know where to start? Use affirmations to begin replacing the negative with the positive. Uplifting music is also a great tool to help you silence the distracting, harmful noise that sometimes takes place in your mind.

Remember to right down what works for you so you can refer to it whenever you need to. Begin the replacement process now!
