Negative self talk must be eliminated. Change the channel and kick every self-defeating word and thought out just as quickly as they come in. Then replace them with positive, life-giving words and affirmations.
Don’t waste time talking yourself silly, being your biggest obstacle and defeating yourself out of your destiny. You have the power to take control of what’s going on in your mind.
When you feed your mind with inspiration, you shut out negativity and gain space for truth. This practice in mindfulness helps you remain confident, achieve goals quickly and move you in the right direction.
