I whipped up this Banana Apple Smoothie for dinner. Here’s the recipe:
-1/2 cup of bananas
-1 medium apple (core & peel)
-1/3 cup of low fat yogurt
-1/3 cup of low fat milk or almond milk
-6 ice cubes
-Dash of cinnamon
Blend ingredients until large pieces are well blended. Then puree for several seconds & enjoy!
