She has been the center of lots of motherhood controversy because of how she desires to care for her child. So when asked how she handles critics of her parenting she simply stated, I’m well informed and very comfortable with the choices I make.
I think her words are a beautiful example of how we should all live our lives; well informed and comfortable with the choices we make. When we know who we are and why we our making every decision, we choose wisely, live confidently and exist fearlessly, unbound by the criticism of others and able to enjoy the lives we’ve chosen to live.
Here are 3 quick tips for silencing your critics and living life confidently:

“Read books, learn from experts and study the latest research to help you make the best decisions.”
Whether you deal with criticism from others or are overly critical of yourself, know that after you’ve done your research and have prepared for the journey ahead of you, you can believe in yourself and be confident as you move forward.

When you know the value of all of your hard work and experience, and you understand that your decisions are intentional and meaningful, you become confident, not only in who you are, but in what you do.
