Need to relax? Use this chamomile oatmeal bath soak to unwind in the tub. Packed with magnesium, an important mineral which supports hundreds of enzyme reactions in the human body, Epsom salt offers relaxing qualities that can ease all types of aches and pains. The chamomile and baking soda can help to soothe your muscles while providing a calming aroma.

Combine:

1 cup Epsom salt

1/2 cup baking soda

1 cup oatmeal

10 drops chamomile essential oil

1/4 cup of dried chamomile flowers

Sprinkle half of this mixture in your warm bath. Soak as long as you need to! Store remainder in an airtight glass jar.
