As we face the global coronavirus pandemic, we’ve seen an increase in the amount of fear, anxiety and overall angst in our fellow human beings. These feelings, emotions and states of being can have a detrimental impact not only on your physical well-being, but on the rest of your life as well.
Because of the many people we’ve cared for and interacted with, those of us in the health and wellness space are quite familiar with traumatic illnesses and experiences and the immediate need for healing and a therapeutic response.
