If you’re new here, welcome! If you’ve been here a while, hey!!! I’m Tracie, holistic nurse educator, writer and entrepreneur. I own and operate on online women’s wellness center, This Holistic Life.

I’m a married mama of 4 and know for sure that Jesus is King. •
My mission is your total well-being (mind, body, spirit, relationships, finances, surroundings, etc.), so I create content and courses to help you optimize your wholeness and wellness.

I enjoy bridging the science with the spiritual and believe your ability to relieve stress and practice self-care are vital to you fulfilling your mission. These 2 things help you heal and thrive and I’m here to help you do both.

I love a good cup of coffee - it’s part of my meditative process - and I primarily work from my laptop and iPhone while caring for the crew. •

This weekend was full of fun and surprises. Like the downpour that began as soon as we pulled into the parking lot of the Apple orchard. •
And the 30 second snowfall that our children slept through and were completely devastated to miss.

And that extra hour we gained that I used to make myself a productivity ninja.
•
I’m learning to embrace what the days bring. The unexpected can leave you with incredible memories.
•

What makes you thrive is unique to you.

On Saturday mornings, I love to wake up early, make a cup of tea and write while my home is still quiet.
•
This nurturing and time of reflection and creating makes me a better wife, mother and nurse.
•
It’s easy to get caught up in routines and practices that don’t make you better. So I encourage you not to worry about the latest trend or allow cultural influences to persuade you to spend your time in ways that don’t maximize your impact.
•
Become mindful of what works for you and you’ll begin to move in ways that support your well-being and ultimately cause you to thrive.
