    Hey! I’m Tracie, wife, mother of 4 and holistic nurse educator. I know how easy it is to get caught up in the hustle of the holiday season and miss the beautiful opportunities to connect, change pace and calm down.

    So I designed this challenge to help you check in with yourself regularly, making sure that your focus is on what really matters, your health and well-being and the One who redeemed you.
