Designed to dismantle any guilt, shame, or hesitation you have about relaxing. Each monthly audio coaching will help you shift your mindset, reinforcing the benefits of relaxation and letting go of the rest. 

Healing Presence

Take advantage of this confidential option to communicate with me. It's a safe, nonjudgmental space to be seen, heard, and witnessed. Simply send me a message to share what's weighing you down.

Virtual Gatherings

Join the virtual relaxation session where I hold space for you to practice relaxing in whatever way you desire. Microphones are always off, but the chat remains open. Keep your camera on or off - it's your choice. Relax independently, yet, together.

So we repeatedly miss the opportunity to connect with and cultivate our relationship with God - and ourselves - and we continue on weary and stressed out, longing for the relaxation we're designed for.

IT'S A PAINFULLY UNPLEASANT WAY TO EXIST

as a nursing student, I’ve stood by the bedside of women receiving completely preventable, yet, life changing diagnoses caused by stress that went unchecked for far too long

as a operating room nurse, I’ve witnessed women going through operations that would forever change the landscape of their bodies and unavoidably impact the very work and family they were convinced they had to be stressed out for

as a wife, mother and entrepreneur, I’ve pushed myself beyond my stress limits for the sake of getting it all done and making it all happen

After years of working in the operating room, Tracie made a decision to help people learn how to heal and live well to avoid preventable illnesses and life altering operating room visits.
