Here are 3 simple ways to incorporate aromatherapy in your wellness routine:

  1. Incorporate essential oils into your shower routine. Put a few drops of lavender, peppermint, or eucalyptus oil on your shower floor before you shower to allow the steam to disperse the essential oils into the air.
  2. Diffuse essential oils in your home. Using a diffuser and adding a few drops of essential oils of your choice to the water can help to create a calming atmosphere in your home.
  3. Make your own aromatherapy products. You can easily make your own body lotions, creams, and other products with essential oils. Making your own products allows you to customize them to your specific needs and preferences.
