When Joy Bauer posted her Mediterranean Chopped Salad Sandwich recipe a couple of days ago, I knew I had to give it a try. I love Mediterranean food and thought this was a simple and clever way to enjoy these flavors.
After gathering the ingredients, I laid everything out on my cutting board and started chopping.

Joy chopped and prepped her ingredients on her cutting board. I chopped my ingredients and placed them in a bowl because I didn’t want to add the dressing to the entire portion.

I tried a new brand called Mother Raw Organic Greek Style Dressing and Marinade, pouring it onto the salad after adding the spread to my bread.
