Ashwagandha is a powerful adaptogen that offers a wide variety of benefits. This medicinal herb has the ability to boost energy, reduce the stress response, fight fatigue, decrease anxiety, enhance brain and nervous system function, promote a healthy reproductive system and support the body’s defenses against disease.

Ashwagandha also has potent antioxidant properties that help protect against cellular damage caused by free radicals.
