Have you ever paused to consider how much you’re holding onto? Whether it’s because you haven’t taken the time to process what hurts or because you’ve experienced so much, you don’t even know where to begin on your healing journey, you can offer yourself the space to start simply.

These journaling prompts will help you begin somewhere, with whatever you’re going through.

Take 5-10 minutes to review the questions and allow whatever arises to flow out of you and onto the page.

It’s time to release what you’ve been holding onto and these journaling prompts will help you get started.
