It’s been a very exciting year. Our oldest son started preschool, my husband started grad school & we’re expecting a new baby. I took a big break from working day in and day out simply because I’ve been tired. In order to best serve my family, keep my sanity & enjoy every day life, I needed to give myself permission to work smarter, not harder.
I’ve taken many classes, learned a great deal about entrepreneurship, and nurtured myself in the process.
I’ve been gradually making a come back – just in time for baby’s arrival – when I’ll have to give myself permission to take another break, but it’s all a part of my process; my journey.
I teach others how to relax, care for themselves & live joyfully each day and I simply couldn’t justify not doing the same.
I’ve recently recommitted myself to doing what God told me to do – write. And in doing so, many doors are opening before me. I’m excited about the future and trust that I’ll reach the vision God has given me and will continue to serve many with my words.
Be encouraged! If you have walked away from, taken a break from, or not even pursued the work you are called to do, it’s never to late to say yes and return to your unfinished business. It’s work only you can accomplish & it’s work the world needs. So don’t look back & get started now!
