During the month of March, I will begin 31 Days of Whole Living to explore 31 ways to live whole, practice holistic health and provide encouragement for holistic living.
Each day you’ll be reminded of the power you have to nurture your mind, body and spirit, love and care for yourself, be your best and live joyfully and intentionally.
You’ll have the time and opportunity to evaluate your current health and wellness practices and improve the areas in your life that need enhancing.
As you journey with me, be sure to write down your thoughts, challenges, plans and accomplishments. This is a great way to reflect on where you are as you envision where you’d like to go.
