Wash your hands
Clean your phone
Boost your immunity
Avoid fear filled conversations, reactions and sources of information
If you’re sick, stay home
***Fear and stress are counterproductive to your ability to remain well. They weaken your immune system, leave you more susceptible to all types of illnesses and decrease your ability to think rationally and make informed decisions
